With more skill, I feel like the Flames current system would be fine. Problem is they have zero snipers. Best shooter I'm guessing is Coronato, a rookie.

This team is garbage from the top down and that starts with ownership and it’s meddling in terrible hockey decisions and only thinking about possible playoff revenue.
Nothing will change until Murray takes his money and goes elsewhere, this team has destroyed every coach for the last 15 years. If Sutter couldn’t do it, surely Huska is doomed. Just listening to his pre-game locker room antics tells you all that you need to know.
Bunch of mentally fragile, declining and invisible players.
Franchise needs an enema, Lindholm and Hanifin should be gone, if Conroy resigns either of these guys I’m afraid that might be the end of my yearly investment in tickets. Product on the ice isn’t worth the rising costs any longer.

You think more skill would help with this perimeter crap system? Not a chance. If the Flames had a bunch of really big lugs that just stood in front of the goalie then this system could work.
