Vejmelka has an assist in the Coyotes first period rampage when all the goals were scored.

Miller has a breakaway shorthanded goal for the Canucks and he has three points in the second period!

The stats show that they have been really good, biggest concern is hughes and hronek playing 25 mins a night, but they are dominating play with them together

Need a d man who can play with hughes to free hronek up for a 2nd pair

With how bad rest of division has been outside vegas, should be shooting for playoffs at this point

The goal differentials are scary this early

Edmonton is -27 to vegas right now, -26 to the Canucks

Would be perfect. Only issue is inter-division pricing and the fact he doesn't want to play in Canada.

What kind of dope goes to a Flames board to beg for attention because his team is 4-2 or whatever lol.

Flames were 5-1 to start last season and we know how that ended up.

Why not wait a while before getting cocky. First time watching a modern era Canucks season? Amateur move.

Jokes on you, my being here begging for attention attention is entirely unrelated to the Canucks. I'm just a part of the community. A good part. A fun part. I dare say an exciting part.

That's true! But the Flames had the issue of having the wrong Elias.

It's the amount of time watching modern era Canucks that has me so eagre to say "whale team good"!

Sounds like the perfect fit for the Canucks. I'm sure Miller could convince him otherwise.

But honestly, the only asset we'd want for a player of that caliber is a first and the Canucks have no right in trading that unless we catch them on an upswing middle of the season.

Final scores

Demko makes 22 saves for the SHUTOUT and JT Miller has a 3 point night in the Canucks 5-0 smacking over the Blues. Both teams were perfect on the PK.

Raanta stops all 20 shots in the Hurricanes 3-0 win. Will the Sharks score again? Kahkonen kept the score respectable as he faced 40 shots.

Doughty scored twice including the GWG with 2 minutes left in reg time. Great comeback by the Kings. Copley let in 3 goals on 6 shots before Talbot took over in net.

The Capitals squeak out a SO win over the Wild. The Caps PK was a perfect 5/5. Wilson scored a SHG.

Ya but the Canucks are a much better team than the flames too. I mean they have 3 potential 40 goal scorers and one potential 30 goal scorer. Solid offensive depth with a top notch starting goalie. Just lack some defensive depth.

They have been brutal for the last 8 years, only one playoff series victory. A record like that is horrific but they are a good team this year.

Yeah Markstom carried them one season...they are okay so far. CP flames haters jumping in the bandwagon of a rival is so edgy.

It's a long year. They can make the playoffs at the expense of the Oilers any day though. To me they top out as an average team...looking ages and upcoming contracts. They don't look like a cup threat anytime soon. Might they be better than the Flames for the second time in a decade? Maybe, congrats to them
