Just seems like a black cloud around the entire team. No chemistry, no fun. It's still early, but seems like a bad mix of players. Hope they can get a spark somehow and actually score a couple goals and win a couple games.
At least Markstrom has been playing great. He's doing his part.

I'm truly surprised it has gotten this bad this fast. Even as a pessimistic fan, I thought there would be a natural offensive bump up after losing Sutter, at least for a little while.
It's actually impressive.

This team needs to angry! I thought Zadorov and his comments would light a fire under this team but nope! They look and play like a defeated team.

Speechless. 118.55 without a goal. Just skating around doing nothing.

This team is so bad they don't even know how to cycle the puck in the offensive zone on any given night.
Oh and they just gave Joel ####ing Hofer the easiest shutout of his NHL career.

Huska may end up being worse than Gulatzan. For a communicator he sure doesn't say much. The only line with any chemistry this year was the fourth line so what do they do? Take Greer out!!! Maybe the French Floater should sit! That would piss one guy off instead of sending a message to the players that effort doesn't make any difference in the coaches' eyes.

Yah...Sunday will be the Terribles vs the No Goods.
Maybe neither team will ever score?

Verging on a 1% shooting percentage over the last two games.
I think this team will have a shot at lowest scoring ever.
Not enough leadership by the looks of it.

So many passes in skates.
So many passes that are not properly controlled.
There's also something weird about our defensive zone play. Quite often you see a puck drift loose into the middle and most of the Flames are just not around and/or have their momentum going the wrong way.
But hey, this is how a rebuild works. It's a low skill team and that's a tough hill to climb on most nights.

This is a tough team to cheer for.
We literally don't have a single player that gets me excited. There's no creativity (unless you count Huberdeau's spin-o-rama pizzas up the middle of the ice), there's no toughness, no one is making big hits, it's just bleh.

Holy crap this team is BAD.
Heritage classic and then no more live watching for me for awhile. What a waste of time

Who is in hiding?
Pretty much shows that you're a joke of a fan for celebrating that the player signed for 8 years and $10.5M is bad because that means you're right.
How dare people maybe be optimistic that he was off to an okay start production wise.
But you're right, the real fans should be celebrating that we have an anchor of a contract because then "they were right"
What a f&$&&$& Joke

It's pretty clear they're missing Sutter's leadership skills. They might not have liked him, but they are absolutely embarrassing without him.

The most telling thing for me about this game was when Kadri got smoked with what looked to be a potential headshot, every single Flame looked the other way.

I said it also last PGT, but will the new captain have his first players only meeting tonight? Would that be the earliest one in Flames history?

So firing Sutter and continuing to pay him that was a good idea?
Can we bring him back?
