What’s concerning to me is that management supposedly had a plan and that the only changes made were to enhance the culture and remove the cloud of negativity. For them to believe in this group and think that a coaching change was the solution is frightening. How can you move forward knowing that management believes in this group and be confident that the necessary changes will be made. They are still on a mission to lock up parts of this core.
