Beninho, if you are ever looking for a reason why people could possibly hate Jews and wish to do them harm look no further than your posts in this thread on this site. I don't think I'm alone when I say you are the biggest hatemonger seen on this board in a very long time, and we've seen a number in the past 30+ years. Everything you accuse the Palestinians of, you or Israel are guilty of. That's the part that is so frustrating in trying to have a conversation on this issue. You completely ignore or give excuse to your or Israel's behaviors because of "3,000 years" or "persecution" or some other nonsense that just isn't unique to you or your tribe. People see your over-reaction and then over-react in the same fashion to counter your defense of "your people" which is just a display of gross tribalism.

Tribalism. That's what this all boils down to for you. This is your tribe and it is righteous and everyone else is evil and out to get you. I've never seen a larger persecution complex put on display. 1948 because that is when the first ever Palestinian state was offered. Rejected.

Israel tried implementing the Oslo accords and were meant by suicide bombs and an intifada. Barak offers Arafat concessions in 2000, he rejects it and another intifada. Almost like every ####ing time Israel has attempted to make peace the Palestinians have used it as a way to start violence. So why bother?

You can call it part of Islamophobia if you want, but the lobby in these countries is much bigger than that of Israel's. I know that this will be contentious, but countries in the West don't fear Israel if you criticize them, but the same isn't true for the other side.
