Coaching wasn't the problem last year, it isn't the main issue this year. Coaching isn't going to overcome the lack of talent this team has.

And when you bring in a coach that spent the last 5 years with the team as the Assistant Coach blaming the poor play, that fits with the lack of quality in the players, saying they are adapting to the coach seems like a stretch.
