His effort at the blue line was a joke. That’s beer league defense.

I wonder what this team would look like under Mitch Love. Honest question, but Huska has been predictably terrible so far.

Big fat F for Conroy since taking the GM role. And his plan is apparently to pay more money in an attempt to keep it the same. Makes sense.

Well at least we won't give up 5 goals and the lead in the 3rd like the Oilerz! lol

Treliving sent us back to the early 2000s.

POS should've extended Gaudreau the summer prior to his last season.

Somehow the Oilers will get a higher pick than the Flames

Wild up 7-4 on the Oilers.

The difference is the Oilers are off to a rough start while the Flames actually do suck.

Because it's a questionable coaching staff.

This team looks exactly like last year's team except it's worse defensively.

Yes, pretty close. I don't think at the end of the season the point difference between these two teams will be very large.

I think this applies looking at the video...he came from a mile away

This is a 2-1 game if Markstrom can make a basic save on the 3rd goal.

This team is not good enough to win if our starting goalie is going to allow one terrible goal every game.

I still have no clue what Huska is trying to have this team be good at.

Trying so hard to be patient, but it really seems like having the assistant coach and assistant GM fail upwards was a bad "plan". .

Why is no one calling for Don Malloney to be fired? He thinks this roster is talented. And Tre thought he was talented.

Two big reasons to fire this guy.

I disagree, the difference in composure in the offensive zone is pretty glaring

The Oilers are actually playing unbelievable team defence for them. Some would argue their defence is incapable of playing better than they are playing right now.

I would expect no better. Love was a byproduct of Wolf, the Heat/Wranglers were as equally uninspiring as the Flames were, they just had the league MVP winning games for them every night.
