I was just going to post that Sharangovich has been the most noticeable player on the ice for CGY today in a good way. Really happy he's broken the bubble.

i wonder if they put him on 4th to get him worked in with plans to move up?

Except Huberdeau would get beat up by a wet paper bag.

How much better would a line of Dube-Monahan-Coronato look over whoever they slap with Kadri?
For me, the most egregious signing of the last days of Trees tenure was the Kadri deal. The entire thing f***ed this team hard.

Speak for yourself. Personally I find the "guess it wasn't just Sutter" posts get fresher and fresher.

We can’t put them all on the 4th line.

Huska was saying they'll reward him with PP time as they don't want to mess that line up. Notice that's the only line that hasn't been in the blender today.

Monahan had 2 goals and 2 assists for 4 points in 4 games this year. It would be great if he could return to being a 20 goal, 50 point guy.

As opposed to what we are actually getting or....?
I think a Bison-Monny pairing would be lethal. Maybe even a Huberdeau could do stuff there.

Paging one of Huberdeau, Kadri or Lindholm for the next period. This is the type of game where you’re paid to contribute. Depth roster players have done their part to make this semi competitive.

In all fairness by 2027 they'll only be four years left on his contract.

Flames need to put anyone even half resembling a sniper with Huberdeau. He made Sam Bennett look like one at times FFS. Lindholm doesn't seem to mesh with him. I'd go with Yegor at C and Coronato RW with Huberdeau.
