This may be contrary to popular belief but Detroit is becoming a good team again. They're kind of at that point in their rebuild wherethe Flames were in in their rebuild when they won the Vancouver series.

Point being, playing Detroit isn't the odds on bet to get 2 points they used to be.

You can change the culture but the warts that Sutter complained about still exist. Only difference is he’s not screaming it in your face everyday.

You can notice the speed difference between both teams. The Wings are a faster team but also move the puck with pace.
