But presumably that couldn't be "reviewed by the command centre". If they wanted to be serious about clamping down on cheap shots, that should have just been two misconduct penalties on BC. Whatever 60 on Calgary did was nowhere near proportional to a head-butt and a punch.

Exactly - I mean, you keep running the ball until BC shows they can stop the run. It might not be pretty, but it can be very effective.
