McKenzie Blackwood has been the star for the Sharks so far. He is stopping everything after forty minutes. It is 1-0 Sharks and the shots are 31-16 in favour of the Avalanche.

I forgot how much of a toxic wasteland this thread is during Oilers games.

Literally every second post is from someone in my ignore list.

Have fun fellas.

Rick Tocchet in a black suit and tie looks like a contract killer. Straight out of John Wick.

Canucks up again. I predict 3 or 4 more powerplays for the Oilers, oh and probably a lengthy 5 on 3.

Gotta hand it to the Canucks for fighting through a ton of adversity in this game. It's not easy having to play against not only your opponent, but the officials/league as well. Hopefully they can pull this one out.

I was also just looking at the shot clock and laughing at the Oilers.

5x5 to Jack Campbell.

Vancouver: oh hey here's this DeSmith guy that we got for a cap dump and a 3rd. $1.8M. Drop kicking Skinner all night.

I mean it's fairly obvious that the Oilers are going to get another PP before the end of this, one way or another. So it seems inevitable that if anything it's going to OT.

Probably a 5 on 3 with about 2 minutes left. It's inevitable.

Yeah Canucks deserve props. They've fought through a lot of BS, including some comical penalties.

Someone needs to give Hyman multiple stiff punches to the face.

So that penalty was created by a rush from Draisaitl that was started after a missed interference call on Phil Di Giuseppe who was hit in the corner to prevent him from getting on the puck.

It's just so predictable and so pathetic.
