Once again Wolf has shown the ability to close the door after letting in a couple. Must really help team confidence when mounting the comeback.

I was just coming to post the opposite, he seems awful at moving from side to side across the net, really laboured.

The big boys of the Penguins came to play as Malkin gets 4 points, Crosby with 2 goals, and Guentzel with 2 assists. Jarry gets the 19 save SHUTOUT. It was the first time in the Capitals 49 year history that they were shutout in the season opener. The Penguins were terrific on special teams going 2/3 on the PP and 3/3 on the PK.

Both goalies in the Coyotes-Devils game played well. Schmid stopped 30 shots while Vejmelka made 33 saves. Both teams scored 2 PPGs. Bratt and Hughes each had 3 points.

Anyone catch Coyotes v Devils? Was a great game. Arizona is actually really fun to watch. They've got some solid young talent.
