The RCMP better step in before an inevitable escalation. This is the 3rd community they’ve attempted squatting in in rural Sask, with locals forcing (attempting to force, in Richmound’s case) them out. Specific to Richmound, Didulo sent a message which named every public official, Mayor, CAO, councillors, fire chief, firefighters, EMS - many of these individuals volunteers - and threatened to publicly execute them and bring upon devastating harm against their children and grandchildren.

An outsider rolling into rural Sask and threatening to murder locals & their families will eventually take a very violent turn if the authorities don’t shut it down.

Well the RCMP have proven themselves remarkably incompetent lately, but then again Looney Tarts meandering about in Winnebagos uttering threats isnt something I'd take all that seriously.

These kinds of clowns...their 'threat' is usually limited to yelling at people from across the street until, as another poster stated, its 'Kool-Aid day.'

I'm actually convinced that this is a feature, not a bug.

It's like the same reason that phishing e-mails look like they were written by children who got dropped on their heads. Most people will look at phishing e-mails and go "what the hell is this?" before promptly deleting it. On the off-chance they get taken, they'll pay attention more next time, report future messages, etc.

But if you sent something so fantastically f--king stupid and someone still falls for it, you don't just have a mark, you potentially have a repeat customer. You can phish the poor idiot, then turn around and pretend to be tech support helping the poor phished customer and phish them again, and keep asking for more money and grifting and grifting until you damn near bankrupt them.

That is what I think the whole Didulo thing is; you've crafted such an unfathomably stupid premise -- that some middle-aged immigrant woman from the Philippines is actually the Queen of Canada and the national Indigenous leader (whatever the hell that means) -- that it would take a complete certified f-cking numbskull to fall for it in the first place. So when you find someone who is willing to buy what you're selling hook, line, and sinker, you don't just have a cavalier supporter, you have a true believer who is willing to go the distance for this nonsense. It's how you separate the crazy wheat from the chaff; if you're this stupid once, you're likely to continue to be this stupid in the future.
