Theres a reason this club brought in someone so senior as Mattingly. I dont think Schneider is fully in control of all the decisions.

It was idiotic timing too.
Pitchers, especially starting pitchers, aren't used to coming into games with men on base.
So you should either be making that decision before the inning even starts, or wait until after the 4th.
Burning Berrios and Kukuchi here is idiotic.
