He was always destined for Utica. Jersey signed him to a two way deal that pays him $350K in the AHL.
Similar to Kylington from a couple years back.

I have thought Foote looked pretty good by the eye test. Limited production but he's not that kind of defender anyways. I would take a flyer on him to compete with Gilbert if that's who we're thinking of as the 6D right now.
