He has been the best Flame in pre-season. By a fair margin. Both with, and without the puck.
So yeah, his chances are good.

I thought Coronato might be a bit over-hyped until I saw him with real NHL linemates. He has elevated his game with every opportunity.

That was an awesome game from Coronato. Dude was an absolute menace on the puck the entire game and never turned off the breaks. Lethal shot, fast skater, always making high IQ plays. I knew he was gunna be good but that was impressive, I haven't seen a rookie flame dominate like that since Gaudreau (Tkachuk dominated in other ways).
