It would be good if the teams could discuss ahead of time what their rosters are going to look like. Not sure how blowout games help either side evaluate.

I'm actually so pumped for this season. I was hesistant to post in this thread as it may come across as reading too much into a game against nobodies. But even the last few weeks I've been thinking we have a perfect storm of a season brewing.
Core players in contract years, new happy atmosphere, youth injection, better coaching. With some good goaltending I think we're in for a great year.

It is pretty tacky and dumb. Covid is still impacting people's lives.
I actually have it right now. And while I'll be OK - it hasn't been fun. This bout for me has been quite a bit worse than when I got it last summer.
I also have a colleague who nearly lost both her parents recently to it.
So yeah it is tacky and dumb.
