Who is he talking to? Does anyone wear a mask anymore (outside of being sick and in public)? How are you still upset about emergency measures that have been lifted for over a year?

Anti vaxxers are getting very nervous about a second round of lock downs as a result of spiking covid rates.
Of course, they don't plan on preventing the spread of infection, they would rather focus on spreading fear.

A coworker of mine still wears a mask. Maybe his lips fell off from the vaccine and he's hiding it? We need Theo on this, he'll know the truth!

Paperbagger, When Theo tweets, his audience, based on the reactions, is 80% haters and 20% fluffers. I think his audience is the fluffers but he doesn’t seem to mind those who vilify him. The fact that he slams masks when their use is rare doesn’t matter to him. He goes off on whatever news attracts his attention at the moment. Masks, vaccine mandates, Trudeau…those are his targets now.

I've gone back to mask wearing in public situations such as busses, trains etc lately for a few reasons. The first thing that got me to make the change was getting sick twice in the same month - not ideal. I get the strange look sometimes but honestly there are so many people coughing in public these days it feels dumb not to. I sat next to a dude on a train a couple of weeks ago who was just hacking the whole time and of course he was unmasked.
I worry that it's become so stigmatized to wear a mask in public, and there are people with disabilities, immunodeficiency, etc out there who need all the protection they can get, so the least I can do for them is to wear a mask. It doesn't hurt anyone apart from the feelings of right wingers, which honestly makes it even more appealing!

But Theo says masks don't work! I'm certain he'll be telling surgeons not to wear theirs if he has to have surgery.

Naw you're just a grandpa. Twitter, Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc. all work like this.
If anything, Teams is basically just Discord for Adults at this point, with the added "benefit" of a ton of resource bloat.
