They need to switch to the Navy offence. 95% runs and they should be a playoff team.

Classic puckluck and Bertuzzied takes. Dude played 15 games last year and threw for 3700 yards (top-10 in the league), 22 TDs (14th in the league), was 11th in completion percentage, 5th in ANY/A, 4th in AY/A, 4th in passer rating, and 4th in QBR.
Some real "running back" numbers there.

Don't you ever say that! (Billy Madison voice) I'm a Notre Dame fan, the annual Navy game is my most hated of the entire year, such a snooze-fest. I hate Navy's offence so much.
Yeah the Eagles offence isn't the most exciting to watch for sure for an elite team, I'm not crazy about niche-style offences like that. But then you look at their numbers at the end and it's like wow. Devonta Smith is a beast.

It’s always the fans who don’t actually have a rooting interest in any team that have the spiciest takes. Real deep thinker stuff there I like it.

Because all you base a persons career off of is 1 year.
Many players have 1 great year.
Jalen Hurts is not a top tier QB sorry that hurts your feelings.

There’s a big chasm between not a top tier QB and a running back with a weak arm.

He's had one mediocre year as a starter and one MVP-level season. I never said he was a top-tier QB. I think he needs to put together another top-tier season before I can confidently say that.
However, there's a pretty big-range between "top-tier QB" and "running back" (your words). Those kind of braindead takes are why you're on your 5th or 6th different accounts here.

Lets see what he does this year but yeah hes basically a running back playing QB.
He will probably end the season with 15 passing td and 15 rushing td.

Put your money where your mouth is then. I'll put $50 on him having O15.5 passing TDs.

Hurts is a very good QB. Would you want him in an offense like the Chiefs where they have basically no running game? Definitely not. But the beauty of constructing an offense around a talented player is you can (gasp!) play to their strengths. Eagles line is so good at mowing teams over it'd be idiotic to try and pass more simply cause.

Depending on how far Hurts fell he could have been a Raider so I have always paid a little extra attention to him. Gruden and Mayock were really high on his leadership intangibles and I think the question with him was always going to be if he could succeed in situations where he couldn't rely on his legs. He doesn't have elite arm strength but we aren't talking about Chad Pennington here as he can still make most of the throws. The year following initial success is always the hardest for QB's because opposition teams have a season of film to break down and once a team comes up with a defense that works against that offense the rest of the league will follow as what happened when the Chargers upset the the Ravens in the playoffs in 2019 and Jackson's never since been able to replicate that MVP season since teams copied how the Chargers defended him. Same when Pats cracked the McVay offense. Hurts is going to see different looks this season and there's likely going to be some struggles at times and it's going to come down to how he and Sirianni adjust. Way too early after two games to come to any conclusions here.

He's an Eagles fan, you expect him to say Hurts is a bad QB?

Time to update your weak-ass trolling.

The new McLoughlin Point Wastewater Treatment Plant and its decades-long history are unique because most of the Greater Victoria area had never treated its wastewater. Canada's federal regulations, introduced in 2012, meant that the Capital Regional District needed a treatment plant up and running by the end of 2020. Now operational, the facility provides tertiary treatment for wastewater from the core area municipalities of Victoria, Esquimalt, Saanich, Oak Bay, View Royal, Langford and Colwood, and the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations.

of course not. He's going to throw for 25+ touchdowns with those receivers. He's just not that great of a QB.
I wanted Philly to win last year. I effing hate Andy Reid and his deplorable son.
