Assuming it's his personal phone. If it was a company phone I don't think CBJ would be in the wrong to ask about the contents of the phone.

I think the dick pic thing raises a valid point though. Babcock's request could result in him seeing the player nude, their spouse nude, their secret lover nude. It could reveal their sexual preferences and all sorts of other things that should absolutely be private with no expectation they need to be divulged to an employer.

It's not necessarily just "let's see what you did in the off-season" it could be way worse, and that request is just so far from ok.

I think the fact that this got out to the public means the players aren't happy.

I wonder if the BJs were smart enough to build an out clause into the contract for this type of behaviour, but my guess is this hiring will be an $8 million mistake.
