Pretty sure I wouldn't be able to pass an electron if I tried.

OOT looking good so far. Still some time left but both the Rangers and Astros are down late.

Head to BK. They’ll have something to fix that for you.

And the Rangers tailspin continues! Thanks Oakland!
Pretty damn perfect on the OOT. Astros, Mariners, and Rangers all lost. Hell. Even the Red Sox and Yankees lost.
Good stuff.

Fangraphs playoff odds for the Jays are 72.7% now…
This team is so weird. They are so incredibly frustrating. They feel like they are moving 3 steps forward and 2.75 steps back. That regular 0.25 step forward adds up over the long haul. It just doesn’t feel that way.

Jays fans are really lucky to have a guy of Siddall’s caliber offering his thoughts on the team (read the whole thread): https://twitter.com/user/status/1700246794985238598

Agree. They're a good team but in a weird way. It also doesn't help that while they win a lot of games, they always seem to find a way to make them close (today being a perfect example of that). Makes for exciting TV though

2 weeks ago I wrote them off for the wildcard spot although I didn’t see Texas cratering like they have. They do seem to make games harder than they should, and still have a tough time seeing them as a true threat when some of their big guns are cold as ice. If they split against Texas as a minimum coming up that’s huge. Would be nice to see them win a few laughers against KC here to rest uo the bullpen.

Yeah, Texas going down the drain has been big, although they're only 1.0 behind Seattle and 1.5 behind the Astros, so even without that it'd be close right now.
I will also admit to not having had "call up Davis Schneider and he hits for 1.400 OPS" on my bingo card.

When your best hitters are all guys who started in the minors or openly admitting to ignoring the hitting coaches (Bichette) late last season and self changing their approach certainly makes you wonder how they survive

But But Vladdy won the MLB HR contest.
That sort of faux confidence in your league wide recognized ability to hit a ball longer and more consistently than any other major league player (no matter if it's a BP ball or anything else) has to weigh on him/ conflict on him mentally as part of the entire plate process in his head.

Cause if it’s the latter, I would fail as an MLB hitting coach. They look identical haha.

I saw a video, that I can’t find now, that showed that the average distance the ball is traveling on balls he had barrelled up on is way down driving his home runs down.
And not in an explainable way. It’s odd
