They are their own worst enemy. I called in to cancel the service on my wife's car that we were selling. It was so painful and frustrating that I lost it and told them to cancel the subscription on my car as well so they ended up losing two vehicles when we only decided to cancel one. They call back with offers of $5/month and I tell them to get lost. They just don't understand how off putting their whole service cancellation service is.

Yeah. I quite like the service for road trips, and would be willing to subscribe every summer. But I tried that once and the cancel process means I'll never do it again.

I don't think it was really their fault. They had me doing really easy movements and my back just popped and gave out, like it was going to happen inevitably and I guess it's better that it happened when I was there. I'm more frustrated that I likely will have ongoing issues for a while and a lot of rehab.

Ha, I do the same. At least most of my nagging injuries have good stories behind them

I have kids your age. Treat your body well and you should have decades of health and good mobility.

On the plus side, “old man muscle” is a thing, so you have that to look forward to. Don’t forget to mix in a sit up from time to time as well. Strengthening your core can really help prevent those back blow outs.

core strength changed my life. passively flexing by abs all day fixed my sitting down at a chair for work problems.

Oh it get worse. Friend died last week. One little biggest gems our creator gave us, is that breast cancer before your 40 is way more deadly. Thanks god, you rock!

Was laughing with an old friend I hadn’t seen in while yesterday. He had Hemmerhoids and needed Anus surgery. His wife had to inspect his Anus two times a day for a few weeks. Terrible but man did we laugh about with her. Balloon knot has become a balloon not.

It'll be 'old lady muscle' for me...which is basically non-existent to begin with, so fun times. Core exercises are exactly what's in store for me, and strength training when my back isn't ####ed. I want to get myself into the best shape possible before I really start getting up there.

The lightbulb moment of realizing what “activate your core” means has changed my back pain problems completely. I do the same when sitting, and everything feels better since. And stronger.
