We get a feeling in these series that the New Republic is as bad as the Empire in a different way, and ripped through with Imperials.


Thrawn promises order without the malignancy of Palpatine.



But he'll become a liability at some point. His Padawan, Shin, I think is going to go completely evil if Baylon is killed. She might end up being the big bad by the end of the year.

She's as involved in this as she has been with anything Lucasfilm as put out since 2012. People really think she's in the trenches on the projects when in reality she's more a business side person and not hella involved in creative.

I think Kennedy is probably just happy that the cast for Ahsoka is mostly females. Beyond that, I doubt she has much input (outside of the business side of things).
I don't mind it - it makes a lot of sense if you know the context. And Ahsoka can't really be a mary sue. She's practically the most powerful character in the galaxy at this point.

By all accounts, Kennedy was very much involved with the story development of the sequels. Also by all accounts, the sequels are hot garbage.

All the other live action shows had less Kennedy involvement, and whaddya know, they are awesome.

They did say "around the world", but I only see US events listed.

That would be fun, as I very much enjoyed seeing GOT in theaters with friends and other fans.

Look if you want to think she's a micromanger any more than any other Mega Producer in hollywood go ahead. But if that is her style there is no way she's not doing that Favreau and Filoni. Especially when star wars has been all TV since the last movie.


But what do I know, I only think Andor is only really good 'awesome' show. The Book of Boba Fett and Obi-wan were some of the worst excuses for television I've ever seen. But hey if the general public just wants to watch human's play action figures on TV I'll stick something that actually resembles art.

Ok ... so I'm admittedly a casual SW fan, and I do enjoy most of the live action shows and movies. I've just never watched any of the animated stuff or read any SW books.

So how does the green general woman with the two head tentacles have a normal human-looking son?

Adopted? Or wonky alien/force genetics?

I know there will probably be a trip down memory lane between Ahsoka and Anakin in the next episode that is meant to pack emotional punch for animated series fans but I hope Filoni has some treats lined up for people who didn't watch through the entirety of Clone Wars as well.

She had a baby with the human jedi, Kanan Jarrus, from Star Wars Rebels. Hera (the green general woman), Jarrus, a lasat alien, Sabine, Ezra, and Chopper were the main cast of Rebels.

He should be a hybrid, but he just looks like a human with green hair. He is most likely force sensitive, which is why he has shown interest in becoming a jedi.

I think even a casual SW fan would love the animated show Rebels. Green general woman with tentacles in Ahsoka is awesome, but she's even better in the animated show IMO. Freaking badass.

She's Hera Syndulla btw and 1000x better than the character of Rey when it comes to strong female leaders.
