There is a non-zero number of Flames fans/season ticket holders/owners(?) who are also on board the same crazy train Fleury is. I'm sure it's not a majority, but probably 10-20% would be all up in arms if they thought Fleury was being cancelled.

Fleury is already "cancelled". The best he has is vomiting nonsense on Twitter and giving speeches to dozens in the likes of Delburne and Claresholm.

No reputable organization will have anything to do with him. The percentage of paying fans that would boycott the Flames should they denounce him is not insignificant, unfortunately, but would dissolve fairly quickly.

Does Fleury even really have an audience outside of Flames fans, which, honestly, has to be an incredibly small proportion of the population? I hear about this guy in exactly one place in my life...this thread when I bother coming in. Seems to me he's a yappy barking dog in a really small yard. A few neighbours hear, but that's about it. Could be wrong, though. I just feel like he's super unimportant and the only people that probably care about what he has to say are people who already believe what he says. Can't imagine he's changing hearts and minds out there.

That said, keep fighting against this dumb dumb. But I'm not sure we have to worry his voice is any louder than it actually is.

The American conservatives from moderate to full blooded MAGA have latched onto Theo. They think he represents everyday Canadians and that we are oppressed. I bet half that "we need to liberate Canada" nonsense coming from the States stems from Theo's inane ramblings.

When he made it on Fox News, I had American colleagues phoning me asking if the Freedom Convoy was indeed 50,000 trucks strong, and if the blockade at Coutts was going to finally break the authoritarianism of Justin.
