I dunno, sure he talked about it in the 2000's but the 3 wasn't even unveiled until 2016 and produced in 2017 while the X was reveled in 2012 and produced in 2015.

It's ugly absoutely.
But the sheer lack of awareness that a truck needs to be practical, still look good after a dent or two, not injure you from walking around it, have door handles, be able to hold full sized adults in the back seats, and have mirrors that work for trailering.
This is absolutely going to be the biggest flop in automotive history.

Some poor Intern saw the drawings...no Elon, shrugged his shoulders and figured 'I guess its done' and delivered the drawings to production and Elon has been so pre-occupied with screwing the hell out of Twitter he hasnt noticed.

The windshield is fataing GIGANTIC and the side windows are such off sizes...its going to cost a fortune.

Okay...where are the headlights?
I havent looked up much about this car, but the front of it appears to be one sheet of stainless steel and a giant window with a single wiper blade.
