The PreBanjo Bowl better bring it today. Was watching college football on CBS this morning and they were promoting the game on their ticker all game.

I've gone from being a die-hard CFL fan to basically not following it at all. And my change in interest is heavily tied to the quality of the game dropping.
And in Calgary, you can add to that a terrible facility, and there's just no reason for me to spend $$$ on it.
When I tune in occasionally on TV, the game sucks. Mistake riddled football with horrible quarterback play. Football needs strong QB play to be watchable. The CFL doesn't have that.

This.
Stamps games used to be must watch for me. It wasn’t quite at the level of the Flames but it was close. Now if someone offers me a free ticket to go with them, I desperately seek an excuse not to go.
I haven’t watched a full Stamps game since Covid.
The QB play is absolutely abysmal and there is a lack of legit marketable star quality in the league - particularly on the Stampeders.

It amazes me that the Bombers special teams coach didn't inform the punt returner to not give up the rouge. That's terrible coaching.

Lol one game isn't going to prove what he said was wrong not sure why needed to make this post.
Overall the QB depth and quality has slowly degraded ti what it is now and it impacts the product.
Just like it takes time to go down the toilet it will take time to get better.
