Default Weather - Very Wet

Looks like Calgary is going to get drenched by the look of the radar images. Two rain systems collided and are moving directly into the city.

Hmm wonder if soccer is still on? In the end I would rather have rain then snow.

Awesome, I love rain. Huge downpours are the best. Maybe there'll be some thunder too. A couple days of rain is great, but nothing like last year where it seemed to rain non-stop for weeks. There's a limit...

Couple days of rain to dislodge the mud from the undercarriage of my truck? Yes please! Greenification of the city? I'll take that too.

I actually disagree . . . . I can go outside and wander around in a blizzard, even have a good time walking the dogs or cross-country skiing . . . . but rain is just soggy.

So, just went out there, and got soaked walking two blocks to get to my car.

Two things:
1. If this weather scares you so much you can't go above 40 on MacLeod, park your car and take the bus. You are a danger to other drivers.
2. If you are too lazy to turn on your headlights in this weather, park your car and take the bus. You are a danger to other drivers.

One of the lights on 36th (the one between Northgate & Marlborough Mall, beside the First Calgary) was flashing red. It is taking your life into your own hands there - I even saw a C-Train (actually, a single car) stop there.

You love this weather? Move to Rome from December to April... You'll enjoy this weather 6.5 days a week.

number 1 also applies to 16th ave east of Barlow. it's unbelieveable how many people in this city just cannot drive worth a **** when it gets a little wet or snowy. just stay home if you can't handle it

Ever heard Rome go off on LA drivers when it rains? Almost as funny as his MJ takes.

Snowing by the university as well. The flakes are rather large, too.

If you're talking about the big, half rain/half snow flakes dropping like pigeon turds, then it has been doing that since around 1pm in the NE.

The flakes are the size of the tires on a Smart car now.
