Also looks like the Hunter plea deal is dead, AG Garland just appointed David Weiss (who had been prosecuting that case) as special counsel for investigating Hunter Biden. The case may go to trial now.

They're actually freaking out that having a special counsel is Biden protecting his kid somehow. Despite Weiss being a Trump appointed prosecutor and only being held over because getting rid of him would have actually looked like favouritism.
Earlier in the year the GOP was asking why the DoJ hadn't appointed a special counsel. Now they're complaining that they have.
That's the fun part of abandoning reason, everything that happens is part of your conspiracy!

I mean you almost couldn’t have written some of these scripts in a show 10 years ago without being told they were ridiculous and unbelievable, unless you were trying to write a comedy.
And seriously, if this thing gets connected to Biden himself I hope he falls fast and completely . There should be no politics in these instances but that’s too much to hope for these days.
