Manoah has been better for sure even if he isn’t always making it easy on himself. He is trending in the right direction but isn’t fully there yet. Nice to see that he’s figuring things out a bit.

Manoah hasn’t had his A game since the recall but I respect the battle . He’s finding ways to get outs best he can . Hopefully the skills return but you have to respect him out there struggling but giving his all

Seems like Manoah’s velo is up a bit. Had one pitch that came in at 95 but has regularly hit 94.

That's what I hate about MLB ump managament calls. Monoah flying, two out, 0-2, throws a perfect pitch, ump squeezes him because of the count. Next pitch, homerun.
That same pitch on 3-0 or 1-1 is a strike. That's stupid, you shouldn't get a smaller strike zone because you came out hot on a batter at 0-2

I thought strike 2 was a pretty favorable call though. Kind of evened out.
