Default Coup in Niger

There is a coup happening in Niger right now. The country's army is backing the coup and their President, Bazoum has been removed. I also saw that the leader of the coup has given Niger's finance minister has been given 48 hours to account for "missing" Niger money or face the death penalty. The west (France and the US) also sent a few thousand troops there as the ousted President was put in place by them.

Interesting developments.

So, I went looking for anything to substantiate the claim the the finance minister was being threatened with execution if he didn't "find the missing money" (what "missing money"?!), and all I could find was this video:

I don't know who the guy in the video is, but it's not Ahmat Jidoud, Finance Minister:

This also isn't true. France and the US already had troops in Niger because it's a base of operations for the fight against Islamic terrorists across Western Africa. They didn't put Mohamed Bazoum in power.
