Trump already has been arrested, at least twice. Then arraigned and released. Just because it didn't happen in public with handcuffs doesn't mean he wasn't legally arrested.

You just have to appreciate the apparent rope-a-dope with the Iran document. DoJ makes it seem like they don't have it, audio of Trump waving it around comes out, Trump's minions say Trump was lying about it just to impress random people, then DoJ reveals they did have it and it did come from Trump. Dunno if that was intentional, but it sure is entertaining.
But it increases the chances that the trial won't be until after the 2024 election.

Doesn't for sure, but there's a new person so now that guy has to find representation, get arraigned, work out schedules with the other sets of lawyers, new security clearances, etc etc so seems like there's a good chance it'll push the date back.
The date was already probably going to be pushed back, the podcast with PopeHat said federal criminal cases like this commonly start after initial date set by the judge.
