The European races are going to have to raise prices, because otherwise they'll lose their slot. We're at the point where likely any new race going to a sports-washing dictatorship means one has to come out of Europe. So at renewal the Euro races have to come up with a bid more valuable to F1 than the highest paying place without a race.
And there are rumors the Saudis want another one, etc.

From what I read last year the Sao Paulo one is easiest on the wallet.
