So does this sort of thing bother you at all? Particularity since she feels so strongly against it? Do you feel she hoodwinked you, or are you OK with it now?

Yes it bothers me.
I have said before in this thread that just because the federal liberals are corrupt that does not excuse any other governments corruption.
If some politicians get kicked to the curb for corruption it will be a better deterrent for others.

It’s party and personal agenda over province/country.

Did you attempt to vote out the provincial corruption when you had the chance this year?

I actually very much agree with this. Two things can be true: Justin Trudeau is unsuitable to be prime minister. Danielle Smith is unsuitable to be premier. People’s opinions on both vary I suppose, but in my mind both are true and they have nothing really to do with each other.

I'm starting a charitable foundation to raise money to put cat litter boxes in every public and private school in the province. Watch for the GoFundMe.
Because when these kids don't have a safe place with kitty litter, guess what they turn to? Neighborhood flower beds! Then what? You guessed it -- CATNIP!

I mean, they actually have quite a bit to do with each other, insofar as they are both corrupt weasels who are tremendously under qualified for the jobs they have.

And Pierre Poilievre is unsuitable to be Prime Minister. Three things can be true, many things can be true.

FYI Turns out the only schools in the USA with kitty litter are the ones that have a bucket of stuff in each classroom as part of the lock-down mass-shooter drill. (Absorb the liquid/ odor while the class hunkers down with a shooter loose in the hallway)
Some moron saw the kitty litter bucket and imagined a different purpose.... it went viral.
Now half of Grande Praire City Council believes it is common place in Alberta classrooms.

Well we believe that PP and Jagmeet are unsuitable we don’t know that yet as neither has demonstrated it in the role.
They are both still clean on the has not obstructed Justice by interfering in active cases minimum standard to be involved in a democracy.

It's really sad that neither our PM or Premier meet that standard.

Given the UCP/Smith's record of manipulative and deceptive messaging, anything she claims requires extra fact checking and scrutiny rather than parroting like Yoho is doing. Claiming something is unconstitutional doesn't make it actually. Just like claiming that the premier has the power to offer lawbreakers clemency, but we don't actually live in a US state like Smith want's us to.

I mean at this point Trudeau has been the Prime Minister for almost a decade, surely he's got more relevant experience that qualifies him for the job now than he did in 2015?

I'm not a constitutional expert, but here's what Minister Steven Guilbeault said
Quote:
As you may know, in Canada, constitutionally, the federal government has no regard for using natural resources – this is a provincial and territorial jurisdiction as per our Constitution.
|
It's within the article Premier Smith is speaking to.
