Finished Final Fantasy 16 last night, and I'll preface that, for the most part, I really enjoyed it. Definitely way better than FF15.
But having said that, I wish it would have been better. Some things I didn't enjoy or wish they could have done better:
- the world felt kinda empty. All the big cities were inaccessible, and the only towns you got to visit were small villages that all looked the same. It was frustrating to see big backdrops but know you can't actually get to any of the places. Wish it was more like Xenoblade Chronicles in that regard.
- the Eikon battles were way too drawn out. The cinematics got tiring after awhile.
- they gave Jill the shaft after her arc was over, which was a shame. She just became a glorified npc after, which is too bad. I really liked her character and wish they would have expanded on it.
All in all, I'd say the game was about an 8.5 out of 10 for me. I really hope FF7 Rebirth has more accessible zones and are not just big pretty backgrounds like in FF16.
Jedi Survivor was pretty good. I'm calling it a day on side quests and collectibles, it's long past tedious.
The High Republic stuff was the most interesting part of the game. This is the first time I've been interested in EU stuff in years. I think I started reading a High Republic book or comic or something a few years ago, but don't think I got very far.

I hated, HATED those scavenger droids in the game.
The jump scare, I tell you. I'm now just finding them annoying - like get lost, I have to shoot that turd, Roman and "save" Elena. I did suddenly feel bad for Eddy though.

You’re almost done, first game is short. Jealous you get to experience Uncharted 2 for the first time soon, it’s magnificent and one of the best ever.

Live-posting about Uncharted brings me joy.

Finished! That was a blast. I was mistaken, this is the remastered collection, so probably a bit better than if it wasn't.
Now on to 2, but I need to get a few things done around here or my name will be mud, before I get started on it. Playing these is dangerous - I look up and three hours has disappeared, LOL.

Enjoy! Uncharted 2 was my first major introduction into the what actually happens with game development, especially voice acting, and meeting the people that do it. And one of the coolest Collector's Editions that I have.
I just finished custom NHL 23 rosters. 7 custom teams, a team for African American players, a team of indigenous players, a team of Scandinavian players, a team of Russian/Belarus players, a team of European players, a North American all Star team and a team of players that didn't fit elsewhere, mostly Asians.
All the teams are surprisingly solid but some of them took some research to put together and the game doesn't have every potential player I could have used, unfortunately.
I'm on PS4 if that matters, the roster is called UnitedSport
