I disagree. Talbot is like a lot of NHL goalies who fluctuate between spectacular and terrible. I expect more of the same that he has produced over his entire career.

Agree to disagree. I liked him as a 1A with us and wanted to re-sign him at half the cap instead of signing Markstrom. But I am sure I am in the minority with that.

Good signing. Low risk at 1 year (seeing as he is 35 now), low dollars.
He has been remarkably consistent. .914 career sv% with only 2 down years - 2018-19 in his last year in Edm and then a few games in Philly, then last year when he was with a frankly bad Sens team and the other two goalies were also hovering around .900
