Nylander looking for Huberdeau's contract, so get rid of $7M and add $10.5M?
Remember, this is what the Nylander camp is opening up with for their ask. Agents always start above where they believe their client will land. Teams always start at the opposite end, then they try to meet somewhere in the middle. I expect Nylander will end up around the 9 - 9.25M when he gets done.

Is there rumours Calgary is in on him or is this just speculation?

Yeah, I agree. Knowing Treliving though, his middle ground would be around late 9, so I wouldn't be surprise it's $9.75M. And he'll call it a win.
Puckpedia says Wallen is Lindholm's agent, but he isn't listed on their site as a client. He is listed on the Newport site as their client, which is apparently where Andreason works.
However, looking at his Twitter, Andreason likes to randomly tweet green check marks, so I don't know if they mean anything.

I certainly wouldn't say always. In many situations, when a players value is pretty much defined, teams and agents get down to business pretty quickly.
