Not ####ting on whatever style young people like. I know I looked ridiculous when I was young with the Kurt Cobain hair and baggy jeans, but this new style seems to go a step beyond. Maybe my hang up is I remember when mullets were kind of in for cheesy, Budweiser-kind-of guys in the 80s and then they sort of became the symbol for being a total out-of-touch behind-the-times loser with maybe a dash of white trash. So are guys chuckling to themselves when they dress up like this, or are they legit thinking, 'damn, I look good.'?

Haha
Over half of my boy’s rugby team rock this look.
I love it make me laugh.
One of his best friends is heavily rocking this look, meanwhile the boy is rocking clean cut Sear Catalogue look.
They two together kill me.

Hammy?
My kid has the straightest nordic mother hair on the planet but he goes for a perm monthly and rocks the mullet.
We need to talk about the pre-pubescent terrible moustache that they seem to think isn't awful. That little growth in the middle of the upper lip. Way worse than the haircuts.

Nah no Hammy, but another Canuck kid.
I tried to get my boy to grow one because his is excellently horrible, but it flys in the face of his clean cut catalogue look.

Not really
I’m telling him to grow his hair and ‘stache
He gets wicked long flowing 80’s surfer hair when he lets it go.
This is a him decision

Oh me, too man. I was in Canmore and the kid working at Unlimited actually looked hilarious. It's why I was wondering if he was doing it ironically, thus appreciating my laughter, or if he thought I was being a jerk, which I didn't mean to be. He just looked like he was in a costume of an absolute dooshbag from an 80s movie.

I thought Oakley was trying to resist Luxotica's business practices but left a business vulnerability that allowed Luxotica to do a hostile takeover?

Could be. Not sure. All I know is the Oakley guy now makes fancy movie cameras and they had a failed smartphone a few years back.

Don’t want to start a new thread. I use Outlook and get lots of spam (my email address used to be published). I’ve just been deleting them. Is there any advantage to blocking the sender? It’s quick with Outlook but I don’t know if I’d be wasting my time.

I don't think the kids are wearing Pit Viper anymore. My kid bought some last year because everyone was wearing them but he hasn't worn them since last summer.

Hah! I had to Google what Pit Vipers were because I had no clue and we have some bonehead relatives that wear knock offs to rock with their terrible mullets and staches.

Develop a little bit of a belly. Wear white khaki shorts. Hot day, so take shirt off to cool down...
Oh frig off! I look like Randy from the trailer park boys!

I've been watching the Bond films, and was actually astounded to see that Rowan Atkinson is in one.

That's one where I actually prefer the censored re-recorded version Purple Hills.
--------
I'm condo sitting at the moment, sitting on a balcony overlooking a retail plaza. I've long thought that drive through ATMs are terrible, just a real solid example of North American car culture and laziness combined. Then I wondered if anyone even uses them these days, who takes out cash anymore? only to see a four car lineup at one point, and of course then one of the drivers gets his cash and parks right outside the restaurant next door to the bank. Guy couldn't even walk thirty steps apparently.
