Nobody loves depth forwards and defenseman more than Treliving. I don't understand giving a player like this a 4 year deal.

Good. If there is one thing that held this team back, it was too much money (and draft capital spent!) on bottom 6 players and bottom-pairing defencemen. I hope for as much cap space to be used up in Toronto on a bunch of depth players.
