Zadorov had 14 goals last year and has been pretty dependable defensively in his two years. Plays a mean and physical game teams value in the playoffs, and tends to be more mobile than most guys that play that type of game.
I think we'd actually be surprised on what he'd return in a trade...especially if he has a good season leading up to the deadline

I doubt Chicago does any trades where they have to give up any real value, and Zadorov would require real value.
If they need a tough dman, they'll pick up someone in UFA.
They aren't looking for a rental price he'd command, nor interested at this stage in resigning him.
He's too good for them right now.

Just in general in the past it was the day before and morning of the draft where the bigger trades would happen.
So tomorrow and Wednesday morning would be when movement starts to happen I think.
