What? No, screw that. You want it overnight? Sure, be my guest. During the day every day, I don't friggin' think so.
Yeah, every day sucks. But there is something kinda neat about driving on wet roads with the spray behind other cars. I was mad and it was a good surface to just gun it and weave around strugglers.
I do love sitting outside with a drink listening to rain at night. The sounds and the smells are especially calming. Last night's timing was especially good.

A few summers ago we kept having hot days with showers in the evening. IMO, it's basically perfect. No watering the yard, the city stayed green a long time, and it was always warm enough to sit outside in a gazebo or on a porch and hang out in the rain shower.

Yeah, no, I remember that. It was basically me sitting in my office all day going "wow, great weather outside! Can't wait to take advantage of that!" and then not being able to because it kept raining after work. Boo to that weather.
Also boo to this weather. I can't golf in this weather. I can't even confidently book for the weekend because it's like 50% chance of thunderstorms. I want isolated and occasional rain, preferably overnight. Torquedog and I are on the same page here.
