The Celtics might push their series to 7 being down 3-0 in the NBA. Now it's starting to feel like the Stars might do the same.

A Dallas comeback would be pretty awesome. The Stars seem pretty good at finding guys later in the draft. They rarely draft top 10.
John Klingberg - 131st overall
Jamie Benn - 129th overall
Esa Lindell - 74th overall
Reilly Smith - 69th overall
Roope Hintz - 49th overall
Louis Eriksson - 33rd overall
James Neal - 33rd overall
Jason Robertson - 29th overall

Also Dallas has a bunch more guys in their system that were later round picks who are looking good. They’ve done a great job drafting.

But you have to get a 6th defensemen one season at the trade deadline and then replace that 6th defensemen at the next trade deadline because you didn't re-sign the first one in the off season.

Later round picks are usually viewed as rarely making the NHL which is true but this is probably a reason to obtain more of them not deal them away. Hitting a late pick or two can really alter your team. Robertson and Hintz are a prime example. Giving away a 1st to deal Monahan and then signing Kadri woof.
