Ya know, I really want to cheer for a Canadian team but the Sportsnet coverage of the Oilers just makes you want to vomit. Need a reminder why we all hate the worship of the Oilers on Sportsnet? Friedman called for Drai and McAvi as co-Conn Smythe winners on APRIL 19, ONE WHOLE GAME into the first round when they were down in the series 0-1 and still needed all 16 wins to get the Cup.

He really wasn't. He got some points on the PP, but overall he looked pretty average by McDavid standards and was nowhere near his performance in last year's playoffs. Draisaitl was the guy who carried that team in both rounds, and he didn't look that great either, especially on the defensive side of the puck.
