Alternatives to Rooster Sriracha hot sauce

Srirach and the chili garlic hot sauce are both again impossible to find. I tried other sauces and found them way too vinegary. Any suggestions?

Sambal Oelek. Similar products, but way tastier than Sriracha and cheaper too.

I was just about to suggest this as well. This particular brand has become a staple on my table

Speaking of Sriracha, I prefer the Lee Kum Kee brand to the more ubiquitous Huy Fong.

Lao Gan Ma is a very popular chili sauce from China. You can buy it at any Chinese grocer, like T&T.VIDEO

Sriracha mixed with Japanese mayo probably my favorite condiment. Great with fish.

Haven't tried the squeezable bottle sauce.... I use the thick, sticky paste that comes in the red tubs.

Not quite the same, but I love me some chili crunch. I'm displaying the Fly by Jing who has a sichuan chili crisp that is undeniably amazing.

Correct... only thing Sriracha has on it is the laziness factor with the squeeze bottle.

I would suggest staying away from the black bean ones and the straight chili crisp. Black beans are definitely an acquired tasted for non-Asians who aren't used to it while chili crisp has no real spicy kick.
Speaking of kick. The AGV Sichuan chili sauce/oils I find has a much better depth of flavor and kick than most of the Lao Gan Ma line. It is spicier, more "mala" numbing peppercorn feel, and goes really well with noodles/soups. This one is a little harder to find tho, T&T only sometimes carries this one but Lucky's Supermarket in the NE always does.

Buldak sauce is also very very good. Though it might be spicier than most people like. You'll have to buy off Amazon or a Korean Supermarket like A-Mart or H-Mart for this one.

Wow. The oil and chili is VERY potent. The taste isn't quite what I was expecting but the heat is amazing.
