I'm as frustrated as the next Flames fan that he isn't on the team anymore, but he's an elite player. He's among the playoff scoring leaders as well if there was any doubt about his playoff game.

Not arguing whether he is elite or not, but Hart is about regular season performance. He was a huge factor in the Panthers making the playoffs, but between playing in the East and media hype that's what got him the nomination. He's not going to win regardless.

McDavid will obviously win it. Chucky definitely deserved to be a finalist this year. Sucks he didn’t want to stay but life moves on. One day the Flames will eventually have a Hart finalist again

McDavid is too one dimensional.
Tkachuk dragged that team to the playoffs. It should be him.
Mackinnon probably ahead of McDavid too.
