I used to live in Eau Claire in my 20s around 2005ish timeframe. They were there. I once walked home drunk and bummed a smoke off one.
Which made for good times when I came home blottoed to my girlfriend at 2am smoking. Which I don’t do, and explained a few nice ladies on 3rd Ave gave it to me.

Apparently their is a new physical media store in Calgary that just opened in the N.W, which has lots of hard to find movie titles and for a reasonable price. Not in town so haven't checked it out yet but here is the website https://roughcutvideo.ca/
