Chicago in no shape or form ever deserved to win this lottery....same teams are always getting screwed...man I feel sorry for Phoenix
They finished 6th last, whereas the Blackhawks finished 3rd last. They didn’t get screwed, they just didn’t do a good enough job at executing their game plan.
