Bowman was an unmitigated disaster. Please find me a single blackhawks fan who thought he did a good job at being a GM. Even ignoring the other stuff that got him suspended indefinitely, he legit is a worse gm than chiarelli

I hope he goes to Pittsburgh just to get him off the market and away from the Flames. If you Google search Stan Bowman, the top searches that come up for what people who searched Stan Bowman also searched for is Joel Queneville and Kyle Beach. I'd rather not have "Calgary Flames" added to that list. I hope Kyle Beach is doing well these days and that the Flames don't disrespect him by hiring Bowman.

All I’ll say is this. If Elliot speaks it’s probably ~90% fact and he’s still going to compare notes at/with OJs before saying anything at all.
The first couple of question being asked in these “Interviews” is/are…
What would you do to improve this roster?
What is your 3-5 year plan/direction given our salary cap situation and the mandate to compete for the Stanley cup? 
The flames would be stupid to not ask this to as many hockey minds as possible while they can. Regardless if we fans think they’re good, bad or ugly. Only 32 jobs available in the best league in the world.
What if I told you they also talked to Dim Jim on his thoughts. It could be worse.
