I was pretty surprised to see a massive NDP sign on the lawn of one of the new palaces toward the western side of Crescent Heights.
One of my neighbors has a house with a carriage house, the house has a UCP sign, the carriage house, an NDP one.

In an almost literal sense, they’re orphaned because the corporations that once owned them died.
I am not sure if there is much in place to stop a company from selling their low-producing assets to a shell company that they can let go bankrupt and wash their hands of any responsibilities.

There is much more stringent rules on transferring licenses now. The days of ####cos are basically over.

The AER won't approve transfers where the liability management ratio of the purchaser is to low. So going forward buyers either have to have valuable assets in Alberta or pay security deposits. But that doesn't fix the past issues.

I just think it's extreme to suggest she's not smart or intelligent. Myself, I know I lack understanding on many issues but that doesn't make me stupid or some local yokel that finds her charming. We all have a lack of understanding on things.
On a political level I would definitely agree. She doesn't do her research on issues and comes across as ignorant and not very smart. In fact I expect a major blowup when we have the debate. She's going to put her foot so far in her mouth that no back peddling or I was misquoted is going to save her,

Or even current ones if companies try to find ways around cleaning up, like this case.

People want to know your personal opinions and views on the matter. Posting a tweet doesn't count.

UCP schill? Check. Posting social media content? Check. Likely unemployed? Check. Pretty sure Yoho is Matt Wolf.

I don't.
Again: I'm genuinely surprised any of you try interacting with that troll. Complete waste of time.

I see him as a person who has no thoughts of his own and would rather parrot the views of others through their tweets and such. It's a cop out for Yoho to post that way.

Put me in the camp that thinks she is really dumb. But that's not her worst quality and really not her fault.
The worst thing is she's a narcissist. I'd even go so far as to say she's probably psychopathic.
Heres the definition: Psychopathy is a neuropsychiatric disorder marked by deficient emotional responses, lack of empathy, and poor behavioral controls, commonly resulting in persistent antisocial deviance and criminal behavior.
Read that and tell me she doesn't fit it to a tee.

UCP leader Danielle Smith says her party is standing by its math that the NDP's plan to achieve net zero energy grid by 2035 will cost $87B, adding that they did not misinterpret the NAVIUS or AESO reports. #yeg #yyc #ableg
