If it's on your own property, I'm assuming yes. That state is insane. Everyone and their grandmother is packing down there.
Another beauty from the Lone State.

A Texas man who was allegedly scammed of $40 in parking fees while on a date shot and killed the man who posed as the lot’s attendant – and then “nonchalantly” walked away to proceed with his dinner plans
"San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers said Saturday evening that authorities had widened the search to as far as 20 miles from the scene of the shooting.
Investigators found clothes and a phone while combing a rural area that includes dense layers of forest, but tracking dogs lost the scent, Capers said.
Oropeza likely is still carrying the AR-15 he allegedly used in the shootings, the sheriff said." “He could be anywhere now,” Capers said.
E Calgary is turning into South Chicago lite, seems like every week there's a shooting.
I blame the justice system, why? because they're too damn soft on people caught with handguns, one fellow from Somalia was caught with a handgun under the seat of his car and instead of deporting him he got a suspended sentence, less than a year later he shot someone at a club downtown.

Was that some recent event? None of the recent Calgary incidents in the news mention anything about a Somalian suspect.

The POS who shot and killed his younger ex-girlfriend last year had already been convicted of weapons offences and the courts had texts from him threatening to kill a former relation. Every person responsible for a system that allows someone like that to be free should be jailed along side of the perpetrator. Absolutely nauseating miscarriages of Justice time and again.

It was just before covid so about 3 years ago, unless someone dies you rarely hear about this kind of stuff.
When Nelson Lugela shot and killed Mylan Hicks there was no mention that the cops had paid him a visit for a threat he made with a gun 3 months before he shot and killed the Stampeder player, then a few years later his brother Samuel shot two and killed one in Forest Lawn with a handgun despite he having a long history of weapon charges.
How Greg Abbott keeps getting elected is beyond comprehension, he's clearly a racist asshat.
you could easily swap in the names of dozens of other GOP politicians and it would hold true. What used to be a ridiculous, over-the-top GTA character has become an acceptable candidate for many GOP voters.

Yeah I was at the central public library the other day, midday so not even at night. Then from there I walked East to meet a friend from out of town who was staying at the Hilton. It was very very shady even at noon.

Used to be that red flags were things like filthy apartment or body odour. Now it's casual manslaughter.
That... ain't manslaughter. That's just murder.
