Oilers will win the cup, Flames will hire a patsy who lets Sutter GM, Phillips goes to another team and produces at the NHL level, and Wolf is left to wither away in the AHL because "ExPeRiEnCe"
Pelletier and Coronato are traded for Ian White and Matt Stajan.

This whole series is gross! You have the No Goods with their idiotic fan base and their decade of suckage to try and build a super team vs a team that has to try and circumvent the cap every year to gain an advantage and has the ugliest goddamn jerseys in history. It is like picking a cow flop over dog crap. Can they both lose somehow??? Please???

I'm sure the gang at Sportsnet are already jizzing themselves over the possibility of this. I can't even imagine how embarrassing and vomit-inducing the commentary and analysis would be. It's already bad enough with both of these teams moving on to round 2.

The Knights are a better team than the Kings and have a deep lineup but this seems one of those years where the hockey gods are punishing Flames fans so Oilers in 7.
